Your TraceCam will connect to the app in about 15 seconds. Please make sure you are near the camera for this initial connection.

The app is asking to connect with your camera. You must allow it to connect for the live preview to work.

How long does it take for the live preview to load?

The live preview will load in about 60 seconds.
