What does an equipment subscription include?

The equipment subscription includes leasing both the camera and tripod plus carrying cases, everything you need to record your games. You'll also need a PlayerFocus Pro or Basic subscription to access your highlights.

Yes, you are leasing the equipment with your subscription.

My child plays on multiple teams, do I need multiple PlayerFocus subscriptions?

No. Your PlayerFocus subscription covers all games your child plays in as long as the game is being Traced, no matter how many teams they play on.

Does a PlayerFocus subscription give access to my family?

Yes! PlayerFocus Basic gives two members of your family access to highlights and footage, while PlayerFocus Pro gives four members of your family access.

What if I need access for more than four members of my family?

You'll need to start another PlayerFocus subscription under a new email for additional access.

Can I share my player's highlights with my coach or family?

Yes. You can share your player's highlights as long as you are a subscriber to one of our PlayerFocus plans. You can add any highlight to a Trace iD playlist and share the playlist with your coach or family.

Can I download my highlights?

You can download your highlights as long as you are a subscriber to our PlayerFocus Pro plan. You can add any highlight to a Trace iD playlist and download the highlight or download a playlist of highlights.

Can I download the full game footage?

Any subscriber can watch full game footage on the Trace platform. Full game file downloads are available to Pro subscribers when 7 families subscribe to your camera for their players' highlights.

Does Trace work indoors?

Trace PlayerFocus works both indoors and outdoors. Note that some indoor facilities do not have space for a tripod at the center line, so make sure your facility allows for freestanding cameras. Trace does not work when placed behind a net or a fence.

I'm a coach. Which plan fits my needs?

Coaches can purchase a 'Family by Family' plan and subscribe to either a PlayerFocus Basic Subscription or PlayerFocus Pro to access the Coach Playlist. Once a coach sets up the roster and starts recording games, each family on the team has the ability to subscribe to Trace to access their child's personalized highlights and all Trace features.

I already have a PlayerFocus subscription. Can I get a refund for a second subscription that comes with a camera purchase?

If you purchase a second PlayerFocus subscription while having an active one, the subscriptions will run independently and cannot be refunded.
