Subscription Plans: Basic vs. Pro
- Basic: $180/year or $25/month – 2 Seats
Ideal for smaller families.
Watch highlights, full games, and the last 5 matches with automatic spotlight on your player. Watch personalized highlights in PlayerCam 4x zoom or tactical views. Create 2 playlists to share on Trace iD.
- Pro: $300/year or $35/month – 4 Seats
Perfect for bigger families or coaches.
Get everything in Basic plus access to ALL games, download highlights, create unlimited playlists, and enjoy player heatmaps and individual and team analytics for extra insights. But that’s not all: get access to beta features like AI Reels.
How long do I subscribe for?
You can subscribe for a year, for the season, for as long or short as you want, starting at one month.
Can I watch any player’s footage?
Yes! You can watch any player’s highlights. Just note, PlayerCam footage for non-subscribers disappears after 3 days, but tactical views stay available for anyone to watch.
What can subscribers watch?

- Tactical highlights that follow the whole play

How many seats does my subscription come with?
- Basic: Share with 1 other person.
- Pro: Share with up to 3. Just add their emails to your Family page.
Note you’ll want to give one of these seats to each player so they can keep their PlayerCam highlights.
How do I share game footage with my team?
When you add your team members to the roster, we’ll send them game results after every game. They can choose whether or not they want to subscribe, and subscribe right from the game link. Find roster instructions here.
Do coaches need a subscription?
Yes, but many Pro families add their coach to their family to give them easy access. Coaches can then view tactical highlights and team performance using the Coach Playlist.

Can I download full games?
Individual Pro subscribers can download unlimited highlights and download playlists as one video. To download full games you need 7 or more paid subscriptions on your team.
How do I find past games or games recorded by someone else?
Easily search for games using Game Search.
