To access your footage, you'll need a PlayerFocus subscription in addition to your Equipment subscription. We offer two different tiers of PlayerFocus subscriptions with varying levels of access and features. These subscription tiers will also be available to other families on the teams that you film.

You can upgrade to a different PlayerFocus subscription plan at any time. We don’t offer the ability to upgrade from “Family by Family” to “For the whole team.”
Any parent on the team can subscribe to their player’s highlights after you Trace your first game. You’ll add your team’s roster information when setting up your account. The parents will be notified when a new game has been filmed, and then they’ll start their PlayerFocus subscription.
Yes, you can purchase a Team subscription that gives every player on your team a PlayerFocus Pro subscription.
Yes, our Equipment subscription is a lease. While you’re a subscriber, you can film as many games and teams as you want. When you’re done with the equipment, simply return it to us. By leasing our equipment, we are challenged to continually earn your loyalty and you benefit from best-in-class customer service allowing you to focus on your player.
Your lease also comes with a warranty. If anything malfunctions due to a manufacturer’s defect, we’ve got you covered and will replace or fix the equipment at no additional expense (this does not include damages that arise from misuse, negligence, or extreme conditions).

No. Your PlayerFocus subscription covers all games your child plays in as long as the game is being Traced, no matter how many teams they play on.
Yes! PlayerFocus Basic gives two members of your family access to highlights and footage, while PlayerFocus Pro gives four members of your family access.
You’ll need to start another PlayerFocus subscription under a new email for additional access.
Yes. You can share your player’s highlights as long as you are a subscriber to one of our PlayerFocus plans. You can add any highlight to a Trace iD playlist and share the playlist with your coach or family.
You can download your highlights as long as you are a subscriber to our PlayerFocus Pro or PlayerFocus Team plans. You can add any highlight to a Trace iD playlist and download the highlight or download a playlist of highlights.
Any subscriber can watch full game footage on the Trace platform. Full game file downloads are available with Team plans or Club plans, or when 7 families subscribe to your camera for their players’ highlights.

Coaches can purchase a subscription for the entire team to gain access to PlayerFocus Pro ($3,000), allowing every family to access personalized highlights, Trace iD for each player, and all Trace features.
Alternately, coaches can purchase a ‘Family by Family’ plan and subscribe to either a PlayerFocus Basic Subscription or PlayerFocus Pro to access the Coach Playlist. With this option, each family can opt to purchase their own PlayerFocus Basic or Pro subscriptions to access their child’s personalized highlights and all Trace features.
