Virginia Rush and Trace Deepen Club Relationship
VIRGINIA BEACH, VA + AUSTIN, TX (April 14, 2021) – Virginia Rush Soccer Club and Trace Soccer are excited to announce an expanded partnership for the 2021-22 season. Virginia Rush will be outfitting both girls and boys teams with the Trace game film system. Teams will be able to automatically film games, create Trace iD recruiting profiles for each player, and receive educational content for both players and coaches from Trace’s on-staff experts.
As members of Rush Nation, the club will also receive discounted pricing and additional benefits under Trace and Rush’s national partnership.
“We have been using Trace for the past year and the experience has been nothing but first-class.”– Matt Mittelstaedt, Technical Director, Virginia Rush
Virginia Rush was one of the founding teams to adopt the Rush name and Rush way, and is one of the only soccer clubs in Southeastern Virginia to have developmental, advanced, and competitive programs for players at every level.
“We have been using Trace for the past year and the experience has been nothing but first-class,” said Matt Mittelstaedt, Technical Director. “Being able to work with the teams and players using the video medium has pushed the player development to the next level. Definitely looking forward to enhancing our partnership with Trace and providing this service to more of our athletes to help our players develop.”
With numerous players, providing personalized video analysis for each player is no small feat. Trace’s AI camera automatically edits and delivers personalized moment playlists to each player’s inbox after every game, requiring no extra editing time by coaches, parents, or club staff.
As video becomes more crucial than ever for player development and recruiting, Virginia Rush is committed to providing its teams with new and innovative ways to reach college coaches. Trace iD, Trace’s own recruiting platform, allows players to create the ultimate highlight reel and take control of their own recruiting process. Simply select your best match moments, add them to your Trace iD, and seamlessly share the playlist link with college coaches across the country.
By collaborating with Trace, Virginia Rush now has the tools to foster development for both players and coaches, increases player retention within the club and provides additional exposure to recruiting-age players, all under one platform.
Virginia Rush SC joins over 60 other clubs and organizations that have partnered with Trace for large scale adoption within their organization.
