AUSTIN, TX (December 19, 2022) – Next Level Soccer Academy and Trace are excited to announce a partnership. This partnership will provide the club with a complete video solution that includes player highlights and performance statistics after every game.
With access to a camera system that automatically records, edits, and organizes highlights using intelligent AI technology, the club now has a tool that allows players, parents, and coaches to implement video and statistics to improve performance and accelerate development - all without the hassle of traditional video and editing pains.
Here’s what Trace is bringing to the club:
- Personalized highlights for every player on the team
- Tactical playlists
- Shareable college recruiting profiles with Trace iD
- Player performance metrics
- MultiCam technology to record all angles of the field by smartphone
In addition to all of these features for video and statistical analysis, Trace also offers several tools and resources that previously weren't available to the club. This includes professional insight through custom Trace workshops and webinars and curated educational content on Trace Academy.

"As a club that prides itself on player development there is no better tool on the market than Trace. Trace’s ability to quickly turnaround the footage for our players and coaches is essential for our players to review and study the collective team and themselves. As technology advances, player development is not all on the field but also off of it as well and this plays a major part of their development."
Connor Marino, Director of Coaching at NLSA
The mission of Next Level Soccer Academy is to provide the best experiences and opportunities for youth soccer players through an inspired, unified approach to training, competition, and community service.
In order to provide the most comprehensive player development environment for soccer in Mercer County, they look to unify their members, aspire for on and off the field excellence, and ignite passion for the world's game within their community as they continue to be a leader in soccer growth among youth clubs in the U.S.

“We have been nothing but impressed with the level of detail that it provides our players, coaches, and families with. It's a game changer for us as players look to put together highlight tapes as well as look for tactical improvement. In addition, it allows our staff to constantly monitor our teams in a way we've never been able to before.”
Brian Thomsen, Technical Director
NLSA is joined by 200+ other clubs that have partnered with Trace to provide their players with the best resources for development and college recruitment.
Multicam Technology
With MultiCam from Trace, Next Level Soccer Academy parents can record the game on their phones using the Trace app. That footage will sync with the TraceCam footage so that players can see the game from multiple vantage points.
The action around the goal or certain positions can be difficult to see at times. MultiCam gives parents the power to capture angles that showcase their own child in the best light, no matter their position on the field. This enables parents to create ESPN-like highlight reels from any number of angles.
