Hawaii Rush and Trace Deepen Club Relationship for Player Development
AIEA, HI + AUSTIN, TX (April 13, 2021) – Hawaii Rush Soccer Club and Trace Soccer are excited to announce an expanded partnership for the upcoming season. As Hawaii Rush begins playing for the first time in over a year, the club will be outfitting both girls and boys teams with the Trace game film system. Teams will be able to automatically film games, create Trace iD recruiting profiles for each player, and receive educational content for both players and coaches from Trace’s on-staff experts.
As members of Rush Nation, the club will also receive discounted pricing and additional benefits under Trace and Rush’s national partnership.
“Players and coaches are able to view and study their personalized playlists the next day….not days out. Trace helps our players develop faster, which really gives us a competitive edge.”– Arian Hoxha, National Technical Director, Hawaii Rush
Hawaii Rush has a proven developmental system for building top level players that make a real impact both on and off the pitch. Players are encouraged to challenge themselves at all levels of competition and are instilled with the skills, value, and mindset to be an impact player in the next phase of their career.
“Hawaii Rush is thrilled to resume playing soccer, and expanding our partnership with Trace will help us prepare our players for the upcoming season”, says Arian Hoxha, National Technical Director at Hawaii Rush. “Players and coaches are able to view and study their personalized playlists the next day….not days out. Trace helps our players develop faster, which really gives us a competitive edge.”
As this last year has shown, video analysis plays a critical aspect of player development. Trace is on a mission to empower coaches with a valuable tool without increasing the work on their end. Trace’s AI camera automatically edits and delivers personalized moment playlists to each player’s inbox after every game, requiring no extra editing time by coaches, parents, or club staff.
For Hawaii Rush players who are serious about playing at the college level, Trace iD, Trace’s own recruiting platform, gives players the power to save, share, and spotlight their best moments. Simply select your best match moments, add them to your Trace iD, and seamlessly share the playlist link with college coaches across the country.
By collaborating with Trace, Hawaii Rush now has the tools to foster development for both players and coaches, increases player retention within the club and provides additional exposure to recruiting-age players, all under one platform.
Hawaii Rush joins over 60 other clubs and organizations that have partnered with Trace for large scale adoption within their organization.
